Maison Roger-Constant Lemaire specialises in the production of rare and divergent champagnes using traditional methods of non-malolactic fermentation, non-filtration and with non-fining methods to produce a higher quality and superior champagne that allows the Champagne to be cellared for longer periods of time.
The vineyard lies at the heart of the Champagne region in the Marne Valley and for five generations of this family a passion for vines and wine forms the very essence of the cuvées they produce. Specialising in creating champagnes with an exceptionally fresh palate, characterised by the distinctive flavour and minerality of the terroir and aged for a minimum of 4 years.
Maison Roger-Constant Lemaire are proud of their ecological credentials. Only marine algae are used to protect the vines; negating the need for pesticides. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand, with only first press used in production.
